Age Group: 3-6 years; Weekly 1-hour sessions. Get your child ready for school with our fun and interactive School Readiness Group! Led by a skilled Occupational Therapist and Speech Language Pathologist, this group focuses on building essential skills like fine motor coordination, communication, and social interaction. Through engaging activities and personalized support, your child will develop the confidence and abilities they need to thrive in the classroom and beyond. Age Group: 5-6 years; Weekly 1-to-1.5-hour sessions. Join our OT Club for a fun, hands-on experience that helps kids build essential life skills! Led by experienced Occupational Therapists, this club focuses on improving motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, and daily routines through interactive activities and games. It’s the perfect way for children to gain confidence, boost independence, and have fun while developing key abilities for home, school, and play!

Age Group: 4-6 years; Weekly 1-hour sessions. Join Kid's Connect, a fun and supportive group where kids build essential social skills and emotional regulation! Led by Occupational Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists, this group uses interactive activities to help children improve communication, manage emotions, and make lasting friendships. With a focus on building confidence and navigating social situations, Kid's Connect is the perfect place for your child to thrive emotionally and socially in a safe, engaging environment. Using the Social thinking Curriculum, this group provides the opportunity to learn how to interact with peers! Fun activities will be planned by the group to target flexible thinking, executive functioning, and following the group plan. Emotional regulation strategies will be addressed as conflict arises. This social group is best suited for children who are verbal.

Age Group: 5-6 years; Weekly 45-minute session. Unwind, stretch, and grow with our Group Yoga sessions, led by a certified Yoga Instructor and Occupational Therapist! This unique class combines mindful movement with targeted exercises to improve flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Whether your child is looking to relax, build strength, or boost focus, our yoga sessions offer a fun, calming environment for kids to develop both physically and mentally. Join us for a peaceful yet energizing experience!
